2026 - Next stop: Milan - TORX CTF Finals ๐ฎ๐น
Later this month, Kalmarunionen is heading to Italy to play the TORX CTF Finals, hosted by TRX and Tower of Hanoi at Politecnico di Milano.

Earlier this year, DTU - Technical University of Denmark / DTU Hacker Lab hosted us for the TRX CTF, organized by TRX from Sapienza Universitร di Roma.
It was a solid CTF, and #DTU was the perfect place to play it. A lot of our members have roots there, so it felt very much like home turf.
Now we get to do the fun part: travel to #Milan, meet the other teams, and spend a weekend trying to break some hopefully very difficult challenges.
We have also been lucky enough to qualify for a few other finals this year, so there will be more travel posts coming.
At the same time, we are hoping to get our Copenhagen meetups going again over the coming months.
The CTF calendar has been a bit chaotic lately, with several major events moving dates or being postponed, not least because AI is changing the scene quite quickly.
Hopefully that gives us room for more local sessions later this year: playing good CTFs, doing vulnerability research, or spending time looking at larger opensource projects where we can contribute something useful back.
For now though: Milan. ๐ฎ๐น
TRX and Tower of Hanoi have delivered some great challenges before, so expectations are high. There are few things better than getting a group of friends together, disappearing into a room for a weekend, and working way too hard on completely unreasonable problems.
See you in Milan.
A sincere thank you to our sponsors and partners who make this possible through their continued support of learning, meetups, and international competition: JN Data, Dubex - Part of Conscia & ICSRange.
